Day 1: -


On the first day, we will exercise chest. In this, you have to exercise 5 chests and in the last,

you have to exercise Traps. You do not have to take rest in the exercise of traps, you have

to rest only when your set is complete. This is a set of 3 exercises.

Day 2: -

On this day we will exercise 3 parts. First of all, you have to exercise Biceps. After that you
have to exercise Triceps. After both these exercises, you have to exercise the Calf Muscle.

On this day we will exercise 3 parts. We will focus more on our Leg on this day. After the

exercise of Leg, we will do Forearms and Abs exercises.

On this day, we will exercise only 2 parts. First of all, we will exercise Backs, after this we will do Traps Exercises. Its biggest advantage is that you will get full focus on your Deltoid the next day.

Today, on this day we will exercise Deltoid, in addition, to exercise neck and abs.
